I am now the proud owner of two bags of whole wheat pastry flour, one bag of all purpose flour, and a bag of bread flour.
But no Fleur de Sel.
The trouble with Boulder is that eveyone insists on being so healthy. There is nary a bag of plain old regular white cake flour to be found.
And curses on flour companies that don’t label their bags clearly enough that a woman in a hurry won’t miss the words “whole wheat” on them!
